How can I check out a laptop?
We will be accepting applications for laptop or hotspot loan for the Winter Intersession beginning Monday December 8th, at 8 am. In order to qualify for the Winter Intersession laptop loan, you must be registered for at least one class during this term. Once we verify your enrollment, you will be contacted on the week of December 15th to check out a laptop or hotspot if one is available. Laptops and hotspots must be picked up from the library between Monday, December 15th and Friday, December 19th . The library will be closed from December 20th through January 19th, 2026. Please note that supplies are limited.
If you currently have a laptop checked out from the Fall 2025 semester, complete the application for Winter Intersession so we can verify your winter enrollment status. You will need to return your Fall 2025 laptop/hotspot loan the week of December 15th, with a 24 hour waiting period before we can issue you the Winter loan period.
Laptops cannot be renewed or rolled over at the end of the semester. Winter loans will be due back and returned on the first week of the Spring 2026 semester by January 22nd. Spring laptop and hotspot applications will begin on January 20, 2026 at 8am.
