COVID-19 Related Q: How do I return my library books right now?

NOTE: The Library is now open most of the year. Check our Hours page if you want to return the item personally.
You can certainly place the item in a Book Drop but before you do, MAKE SURE IT'S NOT A BOOKSTORE ITEM. If it's an item you rented from the bookstore, please be sure to contact them to learn how to return it.
For overdue items, if the Library is closed return it now via the bookdrop, but plan to come to the Library at a future time to pay your overdue fines. Otherwise, a hold will eventually be placed on your registration status and you won't be able to add, drop, or register for new classes via Class-WEB.
